OMNI has covered the three traffic utility boxes on Cliff Drive Island in front of Rose Café where our beautiful community self-sustaining garden will soon be. There are dozens more electric and traffic boxes on Cliff Drive, Loma Alta, and Shoreline Drive that could be art instead of rusted and graffiti-covered metal. Wraps cost about $2000 each and you could sponsor one yourself!
